As a Retail Butcher, you will utilize your experience of up to 1 year to cut, trim, and package high-quality meats for our customers. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and preparing fish and shellfish. This position involves direct customer interaction and the preparation of special orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat

• Weigh and price meat products for sales

• Wrap and package prepared meats

• Clean, scale, and cut fish into fillets

• Shape, lace, and tie roasts and special orders

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate required

• Previous experience in meat processing preferred

• Proficient in English communication

• Excellent customer service aptitude

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
