As an Assistant Team Leader, you will assist in managing store operations and staff while providing exceptional service to customers. Key Responsibilities:
• Support management in staff oversight and daily operations
• Unbox daily shipments and stock products
• Ensure highest standards of customer service
• Execute cash management and store closure tasks
• Manage breaks and attendance tracking for staff
Requirements:
• One year of experience in retail necessary
• At least one year in a supervisory capacity
• Open to flexible work schedules
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
