YWCA NWT is looking for casual Crisis Support Workers to join the team at Alison McAteer House. In this role, you will deliver supportive crisis intervention and case management while advocating for shelter residents. Your responsibilities will also include life skills assistance and contributing to the overall operation of the shelter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support

• Assist with case management and advocacy

• Offer life skills assistance to residents

• Help manage day-to-day operations of the shelter

Requirements:

• Experience in crisis intervention or social services
