Logistics Assistant Coordinator at Agnico Eagle

Join Agnico Eagle as an Exploration Logistics Assistant Coordinator to support operational logistics at the Hope Bay Project in Canada. Focus on logistics management, scheduling, and reporting across exploration activities.

Reporting directly to the Assistant General Supervisor, you will facilitate daily logistics operations within the Exploration Department. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory systems, preparing requisitions, and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety guidelines. This role suits candidates with a strong background in logistics, inventory management, and administration, especially in remote environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support winter hauling and ice drilling logistics

• Track inventory and coordinate with Logistics Coordinator

• Enter invoices into JDE for payment

• Create Scope of Work and Request for Proposals

• Generate and track weekly/monthly reports

Requirements:

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent

• Prior experience in logistics and inventory management

• Familiarity with JDE or SAP software

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Capable of working in extreme weather conditions
