Position: Aerodrome Technician at Burgundy Diamond Mines
Elevate your career with Burgundy Diamond Mines as an Aerodrome Technician for the Ekati operation. This full-time role involves managing travel logistics and maintaining aircraft schedules in a dynamic mining environment.

The Aerodrome Technician will report to the Superintendent, Site Services, and work 2x2 shifts at the Ekati Diamond Mine. Your primary focus will be on passenger movement, processing travel requests, and liaising with various departments. Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills are essential to manage traveler concerns, especially during uncertain times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Ekati Travel and Accommodation System for flight schedules

• Manage and optimize aircraft schedules effectively

• Prepare accurate passenger itineraries and manifests

• Cover operations at Unicom Aerodrome station

• Coordinate compliance with the Ekati Travel Matrix

Requirements:

• Minimum two years in aviation operations or travel industry

• High School diploma or GED equivalent

• Three to four years of administrative experience

• Knowledge of Transport Canada regulations

• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
