As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting store operations and quality service for our customers. Your main functions will include accurate processing of incoming and outgoing orders, loading and unloading shipments, and ensuring product matches documentation. This position values experience in the aftermarket parts industry but is primarily focused on excellent customer service and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate processing of orders

• Load and unload customer orders efficiently

• Match products with shipping documents

• Sort and put away products as needed

• Problem solve mismatches in shipments

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Knowledge of aftermarket parts industry is an asset
