Group Leader in Restock Team

Lead the Restock team at Book Depot Inc. in Thorold, ON. This permanent, full-time position requires strong leadership and team management skills for daily operational success.

As a Group Leader, you will oversee the Restock department while working day shifts. Your responsibilities include tracking KPIs, coaching team members, and ensuring adherence to company policies. You will collaborate with various departments to promote an effective, safe, and productive work environment, while managing schedules and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day shift for the Restock team

• Track production, attendance, and workflow KPIs

• Coach and mentor Team Leaders and Associates

• Conduct performance management activities

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education or equivalent

• Proven leadership experience in a warehouse setting

• Strong communication and computer skills

• Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities

• Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 45 lbs
