Entry Level Supply Chain Coordinator

Join De Beers Group at Gahcho Kué Mine as an Entry Level Supply Chain Coordinator. This fixed-term position focuses on material handling, SAP operations, and warehouse best practices.

You will support the Supply Chain department, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, and issuing goods and materials while ensuring safety protocols are followed. Strong organizational skills and SAP proficiency are essential for optimizing operations and enforcing best practices in warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify incoming materials using SAP

• Conduct inventory cycle counts and manage discrepancies

• Package and sort materials for storage and shipment

• Issue batches to production as instructed

• Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment

Requirements:

• Five years of experience in warehouse operations

• Advanced SAP proficiency and inventory management skills

• Valid Driver's license or ability to obtain site license

• Certification in forklift operation preferred

• High School diploma with relevant experience
