Team & ServicesTeam Composition: 10 providers supported by certified medical assistants, LPNs, referral coordinators, billing staff, and a clinic manager.
Services Offered:
General family medicine, acute care, sports medicine, minor trauma, procedures, and optional obstetrics/prenatal care.
Technology & Facilities:
Epic EHR, Providence Imaging (X-ray, CT, Ultrasound), Lab Corp onsite, and a modern facility shared with specialty clinics.
- Physicians see an average of 18-22 patients/day
- Flexible full or part-time schedules
- Shared on-call duties (6 weekends/year)
- Compensation is between $220,000 and $300,000 per year
- Salary range is depending on compensation model (salary vs. production).
