Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time ASL Interpreter for the 2025–2026 school year in Yelm, Washington

• Position: ASL Interpreter – 1:1 position, Kindergarten Student
• Schedule:
  
  Full Time, Monday through Friday
• School Year:
• In-person only

• EIPA score of4.0 or higher
  and passing the
  written performance test
• EIPA scores of3.5–3.9may also be considered
• Fingerprinting required prior to start
• School-based experience preferred but not required

• Provide direct 1:1 interpretation for a student throughout the school day
• Facilitate communication between the student, peers, and staff
• Support access to curriculum and social interactions in the classroom
• Collaborate with the student’s educational team
