Position:Director of Sales
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary commercial partner and strategic sales lead for HIS.
- Re-engage past clients and re-establish long-term relationships.
- Identify and contact new prospects, including:
- Hotel management companies
- Full-service hotels & resorts
- Hospitality marketing & operations groups
- Manage outreach to brands such as Aimbridge, Crescent, Pyramid Global, etc.
- Conduct structured research to identify the right stakeholders & decision-makers.
- Present HIS services and communicate competitive advantages.
- Manage inbound and outbound sales communication.
- Support proposal development and follow-up.
- Represent HIS as a premium, trusted industry partner.
- Proven experience in hospitality sales, hotel management, or B2B hospitality services
. - Strong track record of measurable success in business development or partnerships.
- Experience working with hotel groups, ownership or management companies.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Availability to work during North American daytime hours
. - High level of reliability, integrity and professional accountability.
- Previous experience in hotel corporate sales.
- Hotel management company partnerships.
- Hospitality research / benchmarking / service audits.
- Experience working remotely in a results-driven role.
- Existing industry network is a strong advantage.
- Fully remote role.
