Duties of the Sales Administrator:

Providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including file auditing, order preparation, invoicing, and vehicle registration
Managing and overseeing the delivery process for sales vehicles
Conducting document checks and ensuring compliance with company standards
Assisting with vehicle ordering and invoicing tasks
Maintaining accurate records and logs to facilitate smooth workflow
Delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements of the Sales Administrator:

Previous experience in a motor trade administrative role, ideally as a Sales Administrator or Service Administrator
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
A flexible, proactive attitude towards multitasking
A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
