05/10/2026 Are you an organised Senior administrator with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills? We're recruiting for a Workforce Development Administrator to join a busy HR team within a prestigious higher education environment. This is a varied role supporting workforce development initiatives and academic career progression processes. You'll work closely with colleagues across the organisation, providing high-quality administrative support, coordinating key meetings, maintaining records and data, and helping to deliver staff development programmes.
Key Responsibilities Supporting committee meetings, preparing and distributing documentation Maintaining accurate digital and physical records Recording meeting outcomes and communicating decisions Responding to queries from staff and managers Managing and updating HR data, databases and spreadsheets Producing reports and supporting data analysis Assisting with training and development programmes and events Managing email communications and updating Supporting workforce development and organisational projects About You Previous administration experience within a busy environment Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities High level of accuracy and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience working with databases and reporting tools Able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines Committed to delivering excellent customer service
Desirable Experience within an HR environment Event coordination experience Understanding of data protection and information management requirements HR qualification or relevant equivalent experience What's on Offer?
