Duties:

Providing proactive and professional customer service at all times
Scheduling vehicles for servicing, maintenance, or repairs
Arranging courtesy vehicles where necessary
Taking ownership of customer queries and resolving issues efficiently
Invoicing work completed and processing payments
Working towards company targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Maintaining excellent customer relations and ensuring high customer satisfaction
Supporting the team in achieving operational excellence

Candidate Specification:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided
Confident, proactive, and able to work independently
Strong customer service skills
Computer literate with the ability to adapt to dealership management systems
Ability to handle customer queries professionally and effectively
Highly motivated with a positive attitude towards personal and professional development
