Join Our Client’s Team as a Service Advisor in Yeovil Our client, a reputable and well-established premium main dealership in Yeovil, is seeking a professional Service Advisor to join their dynamic team.

• Competitive basic salary of £28,000, with an uncapped OTE exceeding £35,000

• Providing proactive and professional customer service at all times
• Scheduling vehicles for servicing, maintenance, or repairs
• Arranging courtesy vehicles where necessary
• Taking ownership of customer queries and resolving issues efficiently
• Invoicing work completed and processing payments
• Working towards company targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Maintaining excellent customer relations and ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Supporting the team in achieving operational excellence Candidate Specification:
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided
• Confident, proactive, and able to work independently
• Computer literate with the ability to adapt to dealership management systems
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally and effectively
