** Sales, Marketing & Contracts Business Graduate

** 2 year Graduate Programme
** gives you the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects alongside subject matter experts.

On joining, you will receive a £34,000 starting salary, plus a £1,000 welcome bonus. You’ll also be eligible for a £1,000 exit bonus upon successful completion of the programme. In addition, you may be eligible for a Temporary Accommodation Allowance (TAA), subject to specific criteria.  We encourage you to spend at least four days each week on site to integrate with your team and maximise your learning experience.

** During the programme, you will:
** Start with an Induction into Leonardo, followed by team building activities. There will also be a Sales, Marketing & Contracts specific induction to ensure that scheme requirements and expectations are fully established.  You will be provided with a wealth of development opportunities in both virtual and applied working environments.  On our programme you will engage with challenging and exciting project work and deliver innovative business or technical solutions as part of a team of subject matter experts.  

Throughout the programme you will receive coaching and support from your team to achieve your objectives as well as your personal development goals.  We are committed to developing our graduates into leading technical or business professionals.  Typically, your placements will consist of 4 month rotations across our Bids and Proposals, Contract Management, UK Campaigns, Offset and Marketing Teams. This may include the opportunity to do a 3-month external placement elsewhere in the business.

The graduate scheme will give you the opportunity to build on your technical knowledge and develop soft skills through opportunities that a direct entry position may not be able to. In conjunction with the Function Management Team and the Early Careers Team, you will have the opportunity to input into the design of your training scheme to include placements that give an insight into the complete Helicopter Product Business Life Cycle.  

The Sales, Marketing & Contracts function provides the link between the customer and our world-class manufacturing and engineering business, focusing on In-Service Delivery and Business Acquisition activities. The function delivers capability to the UK Armed Forces via an innovative contracting and through life approach by sustained skills and design authority support and by achieving best in class service provision. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain commercial experience supporting a variety of bids and long-term contracts for key programmes, products and customers.
