The Role

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a high-quality leisure development in Yeovil. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a fast-paced, design-led project with a reputable main contractor.

You will support the commercial delivery of the project from procurement through to final account, working closely with site and senior commercial staff.

Key Responsibilities

* Assisting with cost control and commercial reporting

* Procurement of subcontract packages

* Valuations, variations, and cost forecasting

* Supporting interim applications and final accounts

* Liaising with site teams and subcontractors

* Ensuring commercial compliance and best practice

Requirements

* Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar

* Previous experience working with a main contractor

* Strong understanding of construction commercial processes

* Good communication and organisational skills

* Ability to work on site in Yeovil
