Your Role As Project Surveyor will Include:
* Oversee project cost management through accurate forecasting, cost tracking, and value reporting
* Manage all subcontractor contractual matters, including account administration and documentation
* Ensure full compliance with main contract and subcontract conditions throughout the project lifecycle The Successful Project Surveyor Will Need:
* Experience as a Project Surveyor or similar within construction
* Some experience within Leisure or FIt out sectors
* SMSTS or CSCS card or similar
* UK driving license
