You will control costs, manage valuations and variations, and procure subcontractor packages while supporting project teams to drive profit.
This hands‑on role requires strong stakeholder management, robust knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts, and a proactive approach to delivering commercial outcomes across the project lifecycle.
