Randstad Construction & Property in the UK is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join on a high-end residential project near Castle Cary. The role involves estimating, pricing queries and coordinating with bid teams while gaining real on-site experience.
You will manage subcontract orders, payments, valuations, variances and remeasurements, working closely with site management to keep the programme on track. Reporting to the Regional Commercial Manager with autonomy on site.
