Sphere Solutions is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team on specialist contractor projects. This hands-on role focuses on controlling costs, managing risk and protecting profitability across interior fit-out, refurbishment and shopfitting sectors.
You will lead multiple projects from award to final account, prepare cost plans and CVRs, negotiate variations and valuations, and provide timely commercial reporting to support project delivery.
