Position: Service Advisor Motor Trade Job
The Role:

We are seeking a confident, experienced, and highly organised Service Advisor to join a reputable dealership based in Yeovil. This is a great opportunity to step into a Service Advisor position within a established aftersales department representing an exciting multi brand site.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys autonomy, takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and wants the chance to truly make the position their own. With a supportive management team and flexibility built into the working structure, this is an ideal next step for an ambitious Service Advisor looking for progression, ownership, and stability.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:

Act as the primary point of contact for all service customers, managing the full customer journey from booking to vehicle handover.

Produce accurate job cards, update customers proactively, and ensure all work is authorised correctly.

Liaise closely with workshop technicians to ensure smooth daily operations.

Raise invoices and handle customer payments efficiently and professionally.

Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high levels of organisation and attention to detail.

Work independently in a smaller aftersales environment, demonstrating confidence and strong decision-making skills.

Prior experience as a motor trade Service Advisor is desired but NOT essential.

Package:

Basic Salary: £28,000 - £30,000. On Target Earnings: £35,000 - £36,000 (Uncapped Bonus Potential).

Hours:

Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm, 42.4 hour working week, with 1 in 3 Saturdays (half day).
