• 6 surgeries computerised with Dentally software
• Specialising in Implants
• Practice Manager
  - Non clinical but worked in have 15+ yrs experience in dental practices. CQC registered, financial/commercial background.
• 2 train stations within the town. 1 direct to Waterloo. Bus station ¼ mile away. Good bus links. 40 mins from M5 (at Taunton), 15mins from A303.
• No onsite parking but local car park nearby
• Small town near Bristol, strong community

• Assist dentists during a wide range of clinical procedures
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and materials
• Uphold high standards of infection control and surgery cleanliness
• Provide reassurance and support to patients throughout their visit
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks
• Promote and advise patients on oral health and dental care products
• Play an important role in creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for patients and the team

• Qualified and GDC-registered Dental Nurse
• Confident and professional communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Comfortable working in a clinical environment, including procedures where you may see blood or surgical treatments
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• A caring, compassionate approach towards patients and colleagues
• A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development

My experience working with Rodericks Dental Partners has been both rewarding and enriching. I've had the opportunity to work alongside a supportive and professional team, which has helped me grow both personally and professionally. I've gained valuable clinical skills, built a lot of confidence, and developed stronger communication skills, especially when supporting nervous patients. Overall, I have felt supported by my approachable colleagues, and I've become more independent and resourceful in my role. One moment that stood out to me was helping a very anxious patient who hadn't seen a dentist in years; by the end of the appointment, they were visibly more relaxed and thanked me personally for making the experience easier.
