In this pivotal role, you'll take ownership of a caseload of engineering apprentices, managing, assessing and delivering their full learning journey from induction to successful completion. Working across campus and employer sites, you'll build strong industry partnerships, shape tailored training plans, carry out robust workplace assessments and keep learners on track to achieve their qualifications on time. You'll ensure compliance and funding requirements are met, contribute to internal verification and quality improvement, and collaborate closely with the Apprenticeship Coordinator and Curriculum Area Manager to maintain high standards across the provision.

  • At least two years of technical experience within an aeronautical engineering environment, bringing real-world industry insight
  • A relevant Level 4 Engineering qualification and strong practical engineering skills
  • Competence to assess a range of subjects across the programme area with confidence
  • A proactive approach to developing and implementing new ideas and improvements
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage workloads and deliver high-quality outcomes
  • A proven track record of working effectively as part of a collaborative team
  • Experience in building and nurturing strong employer relationships to enhance learning and industry engagement

  • Annual Salary: £39,917 to £45,539 depending on experience
