Based within our brand-new, modern, highly equipped Sports Centre – a beacon for sporting excellence in the region – you will deliver engaging learning experiences across Sport and Protective Services programmes, supporting students to achieve their full potential both academically and practically. Working closely with Study Programme Managers and curriculum colleagues, you will plan and deliver high-quality teaching, assess and track learner progress, contribute to curriculum development, lead enrichment activities and trips, and build strong relationships with employers, schools and external partners.

- Experience of teaching and delivering within the area of Sport and Uniformed Services.
- Strong knowledge of Uniformed Protective/Public Services and a passion for inspiring future professionals
- A sports-related qualification and either a Level 5 teaching qualification (or above) or the willingness to work towards one with the support of the College.
- Proven ability to motivate learners and support outstanding student achievement and progression
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork
- Organised, proactive and able to manage workloads effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Confident, adaptable and able to respond positively to challenging situations
- High expectations of yourself and your learners, with a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
- Annual Salary: £26,864 to £32,114 depending on experience
- Full-time position,
