*** At least 4 years relevant experience in carpentry and joinery.
* Relevant Level 3 trade qualification and strong knowledge of the construction industry.
* Experience of supporting young people to learn and develop new skills.
* The ability to work successfully within a team.
* Proven skills at developing relationships with stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A recognised teaching qualification or willingness to work towards.
