* What we're looking for:

*** Proven expertise in Further Education teaching, including Teacher Education programmes and apprenticeships (Levels 3–5)
* Experience delivering to both FE and adult learners, with strong learner engagement and achievement outcomes
* Strong background in curriculum development, planning, delivery, assessment, and learner tracking/target setting
* Ability to tutor, support and motivate learners through high-quality teaching and pastoral guidance
* Confident use of ILT and technology to enhance teaching, learning and assessment
* Strong interpersonal and organisational skills with a flexible, innovative and team-focused approach to education delivery
