Key Responsibilities- Support teaching and learning within primary classrooms.
- Work alongside class teachers to help pupils engage and achieve their potential.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support where required.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and the wider school community.
- Adapt confidently to different school settings and classroom routines.
