Help shape the future of apprentices. Join Yeovil College as a Workplace Reviewer and make a real difference to their journey. This is a part-time role, 18.5 hours per week, working all year round, offering the flexibility to fit your work around your life. You’ll build relationships, champion progress and help apprentices reach their potential.

You’ll play an important role in helping apprentices overcome barriers, supporting their wellbeing, development and learning throughout their journey. With regular workplace visits you’ll work closely with employers, assessors and College teams to keep apprentices engaged and progressing. You’ll also receive Safeguarding and Mental Health First Aid training, giving you the skills and confidence to make a genuine difference. If you’reorganised, people-focused and passionate about helping others succeed, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team and play a key part in the success of our Apprenticeship provision.

We’d love to hear from you –

What we're looking for:
  • Experience supporting learners, apprentices or employers within education, training or work-based learning
  • Understanding of apprenticeships, progress monitoring, KPIs and safeguarding
  • Excellent communication, organisation and IT skills, with the ability to motivate and engage others
  • A flexible, proactive and adaptable approach, with the confidence to work independently
  • GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above, or equivalent, and willingness to complete Safeguarding and Mental Health First Aid training
  • A full UK driving licence, own vehicle and business insurance
