Engingeering Support Specialist

Overview

Morson Talent are currently recruiting for an Engineering Support Specialist to work on behalf of one of our prestigious clients based in Yeovil. This is a contract role for 6 months, with possibility of extension.

Hours:

Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with some flexibility)
Contract Length: 6 months with potential to extend as site requires.

• Configuration Management assistance to all levels of engineers with their tasks and assignments.
• Support robust configuration management processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve configuration issues.
• Provide guidance and support to engineering teams on configuration management best practices.

• May require a high school diploma or its equivalent with related experience and able to show proven capabilities in the field or in a related area.
• Has knowledge of commonly‑used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on instructions and pre‑established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Works under immediate supervision; primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgement.
• Will report to onsite manager.
