Field Based – Covering:
Yeovil, Chard, Taunton, Bridgewater, Glastonbury, Shepton Mallet, Bruton and surrounding areas.

£40,000 – £45,000 + Car + Healthcare + Life Assurance + Bonus (8%) + Holidays (28 days plus bank holidays).

The company is an engineering, procurement & construction specialist within the renewables market, with a presence across the world. With major solar farm developments across the area managed above, my client is looking for a Lead O&M Engineer to join the team.

In this role, you will be leading a team of technicians across various solar farm developments. You will support maintenance schedules, be the “go to” technical hands‑on engineer, commission new farms, and more.

• Lead Solar O&M Engineer
• Lead maintenance activities
• Assist with commissioning activities
• Field based – Monday to Friday

• Strong operations & maintenance electrical solar background
• Electrically qualified / time served
• Full UK driving licence
