Network Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Systems Enginee
r to support a leading engineering team on a critical programme. This role involves hands-on configuration, lab support, and contributing to the development of robust network architectures. You’ll work closely with the Lead Systems Engineer and wider technical teams to ensure systems are delivered to exacting standards

• Network Architecture for the Lab, maintaining Lab infrastructure and development areas.
• Configuration of systems as per Lead Systems Engineer requirements
• Supporting Trials Site activities
• Have a good understanding of UK MOD “secure by design”
• Understanding of Time Sensitive Networking
• CISO Experience/qualification
• Understanding of the Open Systems Interconnection Model
• Understanding of IPv4 Addressing
• Understanding of Virtual Local Area Network configuration
• Understanding of Network Implementation/Deployment
• Understanding of Network Architecture
• Understanding of Net Conf
• Understanding of Network Security (Desirable)
• Understanding of Safety Critical Networks (Desirable)
