Sales Ledger Controller / Credit Controller – Part‑time (20 hrs/week)

Vardey Recruitment is delighted to be supporting the recruitment of a part‑time accounts administrator to take control of the sales ledger accounts administration. This part-time accounts role is based in the heart of Yeovil, Somerset and will suit an experienced Sales Ledger Controller / Accounts Assistant keen to work a reduced hour week. - Raise timely and accurate invoices
- Maintain customer records and credit limits
- Allocate customer receipts and resolve posting discrepancies
- Support aged debt reporting and credit control
- Manage daily bank reconciliations
- Assist with cashflow reporting
- Support month‑end processes and reconciliations
- Proficient in Sage 50 – ideally cloud based software
- Experience in sales ledger, reconciliations & credit control
- Strong attention to detail and methodical working style
- Able to meet deadlines while managing routine tasks
- Approachable, professional, and solution‑focused
- Self‑motivated and a strong team player
- Salary £30,000 – £35,000 FTE
- 20 hours per week (more over time or by arrangement initially)
