Accounts Assistant

Working closely with the Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the finance function, gaining exposure to a wide range of accounting duties.

The Role Your responsibilities will include:
Processing purchase and sales invoices Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable Bank reconciliations Posting journals and maintaining accurate financial records Assisting with month-end procedures Preparing payment runs Reconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice queries Supporting VAT returns and audit preparation Assisting with management accounts General finance administration and reporting About You We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working with numbers.

Ideally you'll have:
