Finance Administrator

We’re looking for an organised and accurate Finance Administrator to join a busy Finance Team, supporting the Assistant Management Accountant with day-to-day finance activities. On a minimum 9-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave . Key responsibilities Processing purchase ledger invoices and transactions Managing supplier statements and resolving queries Preparing BACS payment runs Managing petty cash and cash requests Preparing banking and cash reconciliations Processing sundry payments Supporting the wider Finance Team with general administration and ad hoc duties You’ll have previous finance administration experience, strong attention to detail and good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

You’ll need to be organised, reliable, able to work as part of a team and comfortable handling confidential information.
