Provide day-to-day support to children with autism during care home hours
* Assist children with routines, activities, meals, and personal care where required
* Support children’s communication, social interaction, and emotional wellbeing
* Implement individual care plans and behaviour support strategies
* Encourage independence and positive behaviour using appropriate techniques
* Support educational, sensory, and recreational activities within the care home
* Monitor children’s wellbeing and report any concerns to senior staff
* Maintain accurate daily records, observations, and incident reports
* Work closely with colleagues, parents, and external professionals
* Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and care home policies at all times
