Salary: £37,500 – £42,000 (rising by £1,000 at 6 & 12 months)
Bonus:
Up to 10% performance-related pay

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm — no weekends or bank holidays
Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays (option to buy 5 extra)

The Role  
Conduct in-depth clinical assessments (telephone and face-to-face) for PIP or WCA applicants
Review medical evidence and prepare clear, evidence-based reports for the DWP
Apply your professional judgment and communication skills in a supportive, non-pressured environment focused on quality  What We’re Looking For  
Registered Nurse, OT, Physiotherapist, Paramedic, or Pharmacist
Minimum 1 year post-registration experience in an adult setting
Strong communication and report-writing skills
Confident with IT and clinical documentation
