Reporting to: Manager, Nurse, or senior staff on duty

Key Tasks:

Supporting daily living tasks such as personal care, hygiene, housekeeping, and mealtimes; undertaking manual handling duties as required.

Accessing and updating confidential records using a computer.

Maintaining a schedule of medication intake.

Ensuring the environment is safe and clean.

Maintaining an environment appropriate to the needs of residents.

Helping residents with administrative tasks like paying bills and shopping for food.

Working hours vary depending on ward needs, typically including long days or nights.
