HR Business Partner

Position: HR Business Partner - Fixed Term
HRBPs - 12 month Fixed Term contract roles North Essex (Hybrid)

C.£60,000 basic salary & Benefits Our client is a UK provider of services, values driven and fast paced. The business has grown and the opportunity ahead is vast. They are now looking for a HRBPs on a fixed term basis, who can deliver operational HR Partnering in relation to ER, TUPE and Policy Development. The business has a track record of organic growth and successful acquisitions.

They have over 1,000 employees in the UK, spread across multiple sites. Occasional travel witll be required. Fun and a great place to work, with a high performance and evolving culture, the role of HRBP will be support the Director of Business Partnering. You will support the day-to-day ER Agenda of the People plan, within an operationally focused HR team.

You will have the opportunity to manage a HR Professional. This role is a generalist HR role accountable for ER case work and some projects within the UK. This is an opportunity to utilise technical HR expertise, managing employee relations and policy development with commercial insight, new ideas and innovation. To be considered for this highly visible role, you will be a CIPD qualified, HR Business Partner, with a proven track record of success in ER Casework, TUPE and Policy Development.

This is a role that offers operational projects as well as managing day to day ER.
