Position: Senior Data Management/Governance Analyst (12 Months FTC)
Data Management Analyst - Data Governance London / Hybrid | 12 Month FTC | Up to £120,000 An exciting opportunity to join a high-profile, forward-thinking insurance business as a Data Management Analyst, supporting the organisation at an important stage of its data and AI journey. This is a broad and genuinely interesting role covering data quality, governance, metadata, taxonomy and emerging AI governance, with exposure across Digital, Risk, Compliance and the wider business.

Key responsibilities
* Develop and maintain data quality, profiling and reporting
* Support metadata, taxonomy, classification and data lineage
* Contribute to AI governance, including model monitoring, bias and drift
* Analyse data to identify risks, trends and opportunities
* Support data and AI risk assessments
* Work with senior stakeholders across Digital, Risk, Compliance and the wider business About you You'll have experience in Data Management, Data Analysis or Data Governance, with strong skills in:
* Data quality and profiling
* SQL and Python
* Metadata, lineage and taxonomies
* AI/ML concepts and model monitoring
* Working within a regulated environment, ideally insurance or financial services
