A leading accountancy practice in Yeovil is looking for an Audit Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated audit professional to take on a leadership role, working with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries.

As an Audit Manager
, you will:

• Lead and manage a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee audit planning, fieldwork, and completion, reporting directly to partners.
• Manage and mentor a team of auditors, reviewing work and providing technical guidance.
• Liaise with clients, building strong relationships and providing strategic advice.
• Ensure compliance with UK GAAP, IFRS, and auditing standards
  .
• Identify business development opportunities and contribute to firm growth.

• Qualified ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) with significant audit experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of audit, financial reporting, and compliance
  .
• Experience managing a team and mentoring junior staff.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple engagements.
