Fast Fit Centre Manager

We are recruiting for a Fast Fit Centre Manager on behalf of a reputable automotive business in Yeovil. This Fast Fit Centre Manager role presents a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to lead a busy fast fit centre within a well-established company committed to growth and high standards in the automotive industry. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage a team, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Overseeing team performance, motivating staff, and encouraging sales Delivering effective training to ensure high standards of customer service and operational procedures Managing day-to-day depot operations to ensure efficiency Upholding security policies, safeguarding stock, assets, customer data, and cash Maintaining accurate stock control and ensuring audit readiness Conducting regular equipment and machinery maintenance and servicing Processing stock deliveries promptly and recording them accurately in inventory systems Keeping comprehensive service records and completing necessary documentation Providing professional customer service at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction Requirements of a Fast Fit Centre Manager:
