You'll be part of a talented workshop team producing high‑quality, custom and bespoke furniture. This is a hands‑on role where attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and problem‑solving skills really matter.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Crafting high‑quality furniture from design drawings and specifications
• Selecting and working with a variety of solid woods and materials
• Operating woodworking machinery and hand tools with precision
• Producing accurate joints, finishes, and detailed components
• Working closely with designers and colleagues to bring unique furniture concepts to life
• Inspecting, finishing, and repairing items to ensure exceptional quality standards
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and well‑organised workshop
• Contributing positively to a collaborative and professional team environment

• Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker / Furniture Maker / Wood Machinist
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience with woodworking machinery and hand tools
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
• Good knowledge of wood types and materials
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• A positive, reliable, and team‑focused attitude

• Experience with bespoke or custom furniture
