AboutThe Role
You'll be part of a talented workshop team producing high‑quality, custom and bespoke furniture. This is a hands‑on role where attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and problem‑solving skills really matter.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Crafting high‑quality furniture from design drawings and specifications
- Selecting and working with a variety of solid woods and materials
- Operating woodworking machinery and hand tools with precision
- Producing accurate joints, finishes, and detailed components
- Working closely with designers and colleagues to bring unique furniture concepts to life
- Inspecting, finishing, and repairing items to ensure exceptional quality standards
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and well‑organised workshop
- Contributing positively to a collaborative and professional team environment

What We're Looking For- Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker / Furniture Maker / Wood Machinist
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience with woodworking machinery and hand tools
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
- Good knowledge of wood types and materials
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- A positive, reliable, and team‑focused attitude
- Experience with bespoke or custom furniture
- Machinists who are eager to progress into cabinet making
