We are seeking a skilled CNC Miller to join a small, supportive engineering team offering long‑term stability and a positive working environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced machinist who takes pride in producing high‑quality precision components.

• Program, set, and operate 3-, 4- & 5-axis CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components to customer specifications.

• Interpret engineering drawings to determine machining operations.

• Select appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters for each job.

• Monitor production processes, perform in‑cycle inspections, and maintain strict quality standards.

• Use 3D models as part of the programming process.

• Work collaboratively with the team to optimise machining processes and improve efficiency.

• Minimum 5 years’ CNC programming experience

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to carry out quality control checks.

• Confident with basic maths for accurate measurements and dimensions.

• Competitive salary (up to £22.00 per hour
