Job Title: Industrial Cleaner

Location: Yeovil

Job Type: Temporary (2-week contract, with potential to extend)

Pay Rate: £13p/h

Working Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Start Date: ASAP

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a reliable and hardworking Industrial Cleaner to join their team in Yeovil. This is a hands‑on role within an industrial environment, involving heavy cleaning duties, manual handling, and supporting the team to maintain a safe and tidy workplace.

This role is initially for 2 weeks, with the possibility of extending longer depending on requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out industrial cleaning duties across the site
Shovelling and removing materials as required
Bagging materials and waste
Carrying bags and materials to the ground floor
Supporting general site and cleaning duties
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Following all health and safety procedures at all times
Working independently and using initiative to complete tasks

Skills & Experience Required

Previous industrial, warehouse, cleaning, or manual labour experience desirable but not essential
Must be comfortable with physical, hands‑on work
Ability to carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting and carrying bags
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
