We are looking for an energetic, hardworking Production Operative to join a fast-paced mechanical production team in Sparkford. Working both independently and as part of a team, you will use hand and air tools to assemble, inspect, and package varied products to high-quality standards.

This role offers steady hours, comprehensive training, and a supportive workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Production Operative

* Assemble mechanical products using hand and air tools, operating factory machinery and equipment efficiently.

* Test and inspect finished products to verify they meet specifications, packaging and labelling them for internal and external delivery.

* Collaborate with the team to meet production targets, optimise processes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

* Strictly adhere to H&S regulations, maintain a clean and safe workstation, and follow standard operating procedures.
