- Perform internal and external grinding using MDI (Manual Data Input) CNC grinding machinery.
- Carry out surface grinding and thread grinding operations to precise aerospace specifications.
- Operate in accordance with OCQ (Operator Control of Quality) procedures.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Follow established process layouts and manufacturing procedures.
- Conduct in-process inspections to ensure components meet strict quality standards.
- Complete all production and quality documentation accurately.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.
- Previous experience as a Grinder within aerospace, precision engineering, manufacturing, or a similar environment.
- Experience operating MDI CNC grinding machinery.
- Knowledge of internal, external, surface, and thread grinding processes.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Understanding of quality control procedures and inspection techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality components.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a skilled engineering team.
- Proactive approach to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Saturday and Sunday.
- 7am–7pm (12-hour shifts).
