• Perform internal and external grinding using MDI (Manual Data Input) CNC grinding machinery.
• Carry out surface grinding and thread grinding operations to precise aerospace specifications.
• Operate in accordance with OCQ (Operator Control of Quality) procedures.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Follow established process layouts and manufacturing procedures.
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure components meet strict quality standards.
• Complete all production and quality documentation accurately.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.

• Previous experience as a Grinder within aerospace, precision engineering, manufacturing, or a similar environment.
• Experience operating MDI CNC grinding machinery.
• Knowledge of internal, external, surface, and thread grinding processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Understanding of quality control procedures and inspection techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality components.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a skilled engineering team.
• Proactive approach to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Saturday and Sunday.
• 7am–7pm (12-hour shifts).
