Production Operative

Location: Galhampton

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative and a Production Hygienist to join a busy and friendly team based in Galhampton on a long-term temporary basis.  This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and is looking for a stable temporary position with the potential to become an important part of the production team.

As a Production Operative, your duties will include:

Working as part of a busy production team
Assisting with the manufacturing and production process
Operating production equipment and machinery as required
Assembling, preparing and handling products
Following health and safety and company procedures
Keeping the production area clean, tidy and organised
Working to production targets and deadlines
Supporting colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the production process

We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals who are comfortable working in a hands-on production environment.

Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, warehouse or similar hands-on environment is advantageous but not essential
Good attention to detail
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good reliability and timekeeping
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Full training will be provided, so previous production experience may not be essential for the right candidate.
