Salary: £14.50 per hour during probation, increasing to £14.95 per hour upon successful completion of probation, plus a 22.5% shift premium once fully trained and working shifts.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (38 hours per week)
About the Role
CNC Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Special Surface Treatments Operator to join a growing Aerospace & Defence manufacturing team based in Yeovil.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist manufacturing environment where full training will be provided across a range of surface treatment processes. The successful candidate will become a multi-skilled operator, supporting the production of high-quality aerospace and defence components while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance.
Working Hours
Training Period (Day Shift):
Friday: 8:00am 12:00pm
Once Fully Trained Rotating Shift Pattern:
Week 1: 6:00am 2:00pm
Week 2: 2:00pm 10:00pm
(Alternating weekly.)
