IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of a well-established client for a Machine Operative to join their growing production team in Lopen.
This role offers full training, long-term stability and the opportunity to work in a clean, organised and supportive manufacturing environment.
What We OfferMonday to Thursday, 6am-2pm, and Friday, 6am-1:20pm.
Approximate salary of £28,375 per annum including shift premium.
Early finish on Fridays.
25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Key Duties- Operate production machinery following full training.
- Ensure all products meet required quality standards and specifications.
- Accurately complete all shift documentation.
- Identify and report any equipment faults or safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe workstation.
- Carry out regular product inspections for compliance.
- Willingness to learn and follow training processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work the stated shift pattern.
